The independent guide to dispatch software

DispatchFlow helps the people who keep vehicles moving — owner-operators, fleet managers, dispatchers, and field-service owners — find the right software without the sales spin. We compare the real options in plain English, and never take a fee to rank one platform above another.

Why DispatchFlow exists

If you have ever shopped for dispatch software, you know the problem: dozens of platforms, every one of them “the number-one solution,” and pricing hidden behind a “book a demo” button. For a busy operator, comparing options can eat a week you do not have.

We built DispatchFlow to fix that. The idea is simple: explain dispatch software in plain English, compare the real options honestly, and point operators to the tools worth their time — so the decision takes an afternoon, not a month.

A dispatch board for a one-truck operation is a very different thing from a fifty-vehicle fleet’s, and the platform that is perfect for a courier can be wrong for an HVAC company. We start from your operation, not from a vendor’s feature list.

💡

We are not a software vendor. We do not build, sell, or operate any dispatch platform, so we have no product of our own to push. Like most comparison sites we earn affiliate commissions when you sign up with a platform through our links, at no extra cost to you — but that never buys a better review or a higher ranking. Recommendations are based on fit, and a platform cannot pay to change that.

How we compare software

When we look at a platform, we weigh the things that actually change your day.

🧭

What it does

The dispatch board, route optimization, the driver app, real-time tracking, proof of delivery, invoicing, and reporting.

💵

What it costs

And how — per vehicle, per user, or per delivery — plus whether there is a genuine free plan or a no-card trial.

🎯

Who it suits

The right tool for a one-truck operation is rarely the right tool for a fifty-vehicle fleet.

🔌

What it connects to

Accounting such as QuickBooks, ELDs, load boards, telematics, and payment processing.

⚖️

The trade-offs

What each option is good at, and where it falls short — said plainly, not buried.

🔄

Kept current

Evergreen guides we revisit as the market moves, so what you read reflects how the tools actually work.

What you won’t find here

The shortcuts other comparison sites take are the ones we refuse.

Pay-for-placement rankings, or sponsored tools dressed up as recommendations.
Invented star ratings, fake user counts, or testimonials we cannot stand behind.
“Guaranteed best” hype, or promises no honest comparison can make.
Walls of jargon — and where we use a term like TMS, ELD, or proof of delivery, we explain it.

Common questions

Does DispatchFlow sell dispatch software?

No. We are an independent comparison and finder — we do not build, sell, or operate any platform. The providers set their own features and pricing; our role is to help you compare them honestly.

How does DispatchFlow make money?

We earn affiliate commissions when a reader signs up with a platform through one of our links, at no extra cost to you. That keeps the site free. It does not buy a higher ranking — recommendations are based on fit for your operation.

How do you decide what to recommend?

We weigh what a tool does, how it is priced, who it suits, what it integrates with, and its honest trade-offs — then match those to your industry, fleet size, and must-have features. Where a free plan or a cheaper option is the smarter starting point, we say so.

Is the finder free to use?

Yes. Tell us about your operation and the finder points you to the platforms worth comparing — free, with no obligation, and no pressure to choose any of them.
